There is a short video with some worthy advice on reducing stress as a way to quit nail biting. I posted on the Quit Nail Biting Now blog. Of course, I had to put in my two cents on why simplistic advice, even with good suggestions and intentions, is far from enough to gain mastery over the devilishly hard process of learning how to stop nail biting permanently.

If the world were perfect, no one would bite their nails. We would all be some kind of fictional characters with no problems or physical deficiencies. Well, we know that is not accurate, or even close to being so. The same is true when it comes to conquering nail biting.
