Short Video on How to Stop Nail Biting

There is a short video with some worthy advice on reducing stress as a way to quit nail biting. I posted on the Quit Nail Biting Now blog. Of course, I had to put in my two cents on why simplistic advice, even with good suggestions and intentions, is far from enough to gain mastery over the devilishly hard process of learning how to stop nail biting permanently.

Perfection, Reality and Honesty
